Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 13 June 2026
1. Commitment
Zele is committed to improving accessibility across both marketing pages and the authenticated application for all users.
Our aim is to make planning and household workflows usable by as many people as possible, including users who rely on assistive technologies.
2. Standards and approach
Our design and development approach includes semantic HTML, keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators, colour contrast checks, and responsive layouts for desktop and mobile use.
- clear heading structure and navigational landmarks;
- form labels and controls designed for screen-reader compatibility;
- interactive elements with visible focus states and meaningful labels;
- content layouts that reflow across common viewport sizes.
3. Known limitations and improvements
Accessibility work is ongoing. We regularly review components and workflows, and prioritise improvements based on user impact and support feedback.
Some legacy interface areas may not yet meet our target level of accessibility. We continue to improve these areas as part of normal product updates.
4. Feedback and support
If you experience an accessibility barrier, email [email protected] with the page, device, and issue details so we can investigate and resolve it.
Where possible, include your browser, assistive technology, and the steps that triggered the issue. This helps us investigate and address issues faster.
5. Review cycle
This statement is reviewed periodically as we ship interface updates, improve content standards, and refine user flows.
