3. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, ensuring account information remains accurate, and managing household member permissions appropriately.

• You must keep login credentials confidential and take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access.
• You must ensure that data entered into Zele is lawful and does not infringe the rights of third parties.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless you have reported a security incident promptly.

4. Subscription, billing, and cancellation

Where a paid plan applies, subscription charges are billed monthly in advance after any advertised trial period. Prices shown on the website or checkout pages apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
• You authorise us and our payment providers to collect recurring charges for the selected plan.
• If a payment fails, access may be restricted until payment is successfully processed.
• You can cancel from your account billing area. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges, but paid periods already invoiced are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with normal operation, or use Zele in a way that breaches applicable law.
